Marta Dalton is the Global Director of B2B eCommerce at Unilever, where she leads the team that drives eCommerce innovation for sales between Unilever and its business partners. She was previously the Director of eCommerce at Coca-Cola, where she lead the B2B eCommerce business in North America. She got her start in eCommerce back in 2004 in Tokyo, Japan and has been in love with the eclectic mix of technology, marketing, and operations that make up the world of eCommerce ever since. Prior to joining Unilever, she's bounced between the marketing and technology "sides" of eCommerce in roles for B2B and B2C organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, and still enjoys being hands-on in Google Analytics and other parts of the tech stack.
