Bridget Fahrland is the Head of Strategy at Astound Commerce where she develops digital strategies for omnichannel brands like Columbia Sportswear, Bare Minerals, and Mattress Firm. Over the past few years, personalization, guided selling and omnichannel have been core parts of those strategies. With over 20 years of ecommerce experience, Bridget firmly believes that the technical advances of today will actually make the future of digital will more human and less "digital" as it were. Bridget received her MA from Boston University and her BA from Mount Holyoke College. But her crowning achievement is winning the New Yorker cartoon caption contest last year.
