Four Places to Grab a Drink After IRCE

There is no better way to unwind after a full day at IRCE than to grab a drink with your fellow IRCE attendees. Chicago has endless option available so we picked four of our favorites to share with you.

The Mousetrap

Off Color Brewery’s taproom, The Mousetrap, is a laid-back, relaxed environment where you can try a variety of their beers on draft and/or grab some bottles to go. Grab a pint or two on their patio and take in the fresh air after a long day inside at IRCE.

Cindy's Rooftop

Two things that set Cindy’s Rooftop apart, their unique selection of cocktails and the view. Grab a spot on the rooftop patio and take in the view of Millennium park and Lake Michigan while sipping on your drink of choice (we recommend the ‘Pillar of Hercules’).

12 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60603

Located in the Pilsen neighborhood, this unique bar offers a relaxed environment for you to connect and socialize. Their full food and drink menu means that there is something for everyone. It is also less than a 15-minute ride from McCormick Place West so if you’re looking to stay close by, head on over to Simone’s!

Three Dots and a Dash

Are creative, island themed cocktails more your speed? It doesn’t get much better than Three Dots and a Dash. While it might be surprising to find a tiki bar nestled in the heart of River North, there is nothing surprising about how delicious the drinks are.
