Roe McFarlane is chief digital product and marketing officer at Follett Higher Education Group, which operates more than 1,250 campus retail locations and provides services to more than 1,850 e-commerce websites. He is responsible for driving innovation for their retail e-commerce solutions, marketing services, digital academic tools, program development and strategic planning. He also leads the performance marketing teams to deliver multi-channel marketing programs.
