After purchasing one of the above passes, add-on workshops of your choice:
Pre-Conference Workshop: $250

Group programmed discount within booking:

  • 3-4 attendees = 10% off
  • 5-7 attendees = 15% off
  • 8-19 attendees = 20% off
  • 20+ attendees = 25% off

Your roster must be finalized at the time of purchase – no further discounts will be applied to attendees added on a later date. Purchases made under the Group Discount program are 100% non-refundable. You may swap attendees from within your organization, should the need to substitute arise – send your request to customerservice@irce.com.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and refund requests received prior to February 1, 2019, will be reviewed and considered for a full 100% refund. This includes Exhibit Hall Only Passes and Conference Passes. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@irce.com.
