IRCE Sponsorship Prospectus

Be the center of attention with stand-out sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors at IRCE. Offering a variety of options based on exposure level and budget – whether that’s $5,000 or $50,000 – choose from a variety of sponsorship opportunities that help you stand out from the crowd. Plus, you may qualify for a sponsorship level of either Diamond, Platinum, Gold or Silver based on your total spend (exhibit booth space plus chosen sponsorship determines the level).

Speaker Proposal Procedure

Our sponsorship/booth opportunities are not linked to speaking opportunities. They are entirely separate. We do not offer any “pay to play”, so to speak opportunities. Speaking opportunities at IRCE are filled by invitation only. The agenda is developed by early fall and invitations are sent to potential speakers by early October. While IRCE does not actively solicit speaker proposals, we will consider ideas for speakers and/or topics during the review period, which has passed for IRCE 2016.


If you’d like to submit a proposal for our 2017 conference, details can be sent to beginning June 11, 2016, until July 15, 2016. Do not send pdfs or other highly stylized documents. There is no application form to complete.


We always encourage our exhibitors to submit proposals for consideration by the IRCE Agenda Development team. Even if the proposal is not chosen initially, there is always a chance of a cancellation at this year’s conference, or the potential to secure a spot on the agenda for a future conference. There is also the possibility the topic may be considered for coverage by the editors of Internet Retailer magazine. A proposal has the best chance of being accepted if it addresses an issue of broad concern to all kinds of internet retailers, doesn’t focus on a particular product or service, and if the company proposing the session can recruit a retailer client to provide the on-the-ground perspective.
