Purchasing Additional Passes


There are two sites for purchasing additional passes:


  1. Exhibitor Staff Registration (password required)
    This link is for the use of the main contact. Once you have used all of your allotted booth passes, the booth contact will be able to purchase additional exhibitor staff passes through this same link and receive the 10% exhibitor discount.
  2. Paid Exhibitor Registration (no password required)

    This link is intended for members of your company, that are NOT the main contact but want to purchase additional passes, and do not need access to the allotted booth pass information. Passes can be purchased at any time through Individual Exhibitor RegistrationYou can view a how-to video here. Exhibitors will receive a 10% discount on conference passes – view pass types and prices here. Additional passes purchased have the same cancellation policy as conference attendees (see below).

Cancellation Policy for Additional Passes (same policy as conference attendees): Cancellations and refund requests (for paid conference registrations) must be made in writing and emailed to Cancellation requests received through Monday, April 4, 2016 will be refunded 75% of the total registration amount paid. Cancellation requests received between April 5, 2016 and May 6, 2016 will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellation requests received after May 6, 2016 are non-refundable. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of booking will be refunded 100% minus a processing fee. Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done by calling 800.465.5514.
